Responsibilities

1. Monitor, verify, and report inventory levels accurately, including conducting regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies.
2. Supervise incoming goods and ensure that product quality and quantities match purchase orders.
3. Oversee the preparation and delivery of goods to customers and internal departments.
4. Ensure that all receiving and shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
5. Manage, train, and supervise warehouse and store personnel to ensure efficient operations.
6. Assign daily duties and responsibilities to team members.
7. Ensure employees comply with company rules, regulations, and safety policies.
8. Organize and optimize storage areas to maximize space utilization.
9. Ensure products are stored under appropriate conditions, especially items requiring temperature control or specific storage conditions.
10. Oversee warehouse management systems, including ERP systems, for inventory tracking, stock management, and reporting.
11. Implement and monitor workplace safety measures to minimize accidents and injuries.
12. Manage quarantine areas for damaged or expired products and ensure proper segregation from usable inventory.
13. Prepare inventory reports, including stock reports and non-moving inventory reports, for management.
14. Coordinate with internal departments, including Production and Sales, to ensure timely product availability.
15. Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operating efficiently.
16. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
17. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

1. Male or female, aged 25 years or above.
2. Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. At least 2–3 years of warehouse experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
4. Knowledge of FIFO / FEFO inventory systems and raw material storage.
5. Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory or stock management software.
6. Responsible, resourceful, and capable of demonstrating both leadership and teamwork skills.
7. Detail-oriented, honest, and able to strictly follow company rules and procedures.
8. Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
9. Good teamwork and coordination skills with other departments.
